You are going to need to do a bit or looking at this one but for starters:

Is this using a fully USB keyed system or running in Demo ?

Have all the services started correctly including the trend server ?

Are you running the latest patch that has just been released ?

Have you got another version of Citect installed on the PC ?

Is this the server or client or both ?

Any errors in the Kernel ?
