Hide Mouse Cursor on AB Integrated Display

Hello, ran into a request from our customer that I cannot seem to figure out.
He would like on our touchscreen panel to have the mouse cursor hidden

We are running FactoryTalk View ME on an AB Integrated Display (part no. 6181-15TPXP), which is running Windows 7 OS.

I've tried looking through the windows settings, the touchscreen settings, FT settings, downloaded an external program (which doesn't run when we boot the machine directly into FT, and still only hides the mouse after 2 seconds of inactivity), and still have not found a solution.

I apologize this isn't a super technical question, luckily right now everything else is working

If anyone has any insight into this, it would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if there's any further information needed that I didn't provide.

Well then... Went to do that and found out the AB Integrated Display has a hidden mouse theme after all...

We are using the 2711P-T12W22D9P , does it have a "hidden mouse theme" also ?

We did like below, but after each download (or startup?) the mouse cursor reappears.

On a PanelView Plus with FactoryTalk View Machine Edition Station running, from the main configuration menu go to Terminal Settings[F4]-->Display-->Cursor. From the Cursor screen you can select Enable or Disable cursor visibility. "
