Factory Talk View Studio - Reach Max Retry Times

Hello everyone,

I am trying to restore a runtime (.mer) file that I uploaded from a PanelView Plus 6 700 in order to make some edits. The project seems to be restored just fine but when I open the application, it gets hung up at "Loading Services" and comes up with the "Reach the max retry times" error. I have searched around a little bit and followed the procedures listed in the following thread:

There are no files compressed anywhere in the project's folder. Anybody have any other suggestions?

Since you did not state which versions of FTV/.mer that you are working with nor what version of OS, it makes it difficult to give you any suggestions your after.

Sorry, the runtime files is version 7.0, Studio version is 8.0, running on Windows 7.

can you post the mer? I could see if it works on my computer.
