TIA portal v13/14 question

I'm testing some stuff and I'd like to know if there is possible way to change TIME(via HMI) when interrupt will occour in OB10 (time of day).

Check out SET_TINT or SET_TINTL under Extended Instructions -> Interrupts _> Time-Of-Day Interrupts.

You would need to enter the time on the HMI and convert it to the data type that the instruction needs, but there are time conversion instructions in Extended Instructions -> Date and time-of-day that should make that not too difficult.
