Symax to Siemens S7 Data

How can I map a Symax data word to a Siemens data word

If you can find one, you might be able to use a SY/MAX modbus card, I think part no is CRM-570 depending what type of plc the Square D is.

Is it only one word? If it is and depending on what the data is, could you just present it on an output card and read on an input card in the S7?
