Telemecanique Nano TSX07 Communication Problem

I have a Telemecanique/Schneider TSX07 21 2428 v2.4 plc running a
machine here and I have to modify the program in it. My problem is I
cannot communicate with this PLC, I am using a TSXPCX1031 pv:01 Cable.
I have also tried using a older cable with no success.

Any Ideas?
