1746-L73 Major Fault Code 60

I have a contrologix 1756-L73 processor that has been intermediately giving a type 1 code 60 fault on power up. I changed the ESCM module and placed an SD card in, now a few minutes after it boots I get type 1 code 61 fault. This does not happen at every power up just intermittent. Has any of you ran into this problem before? Talked with tech support an this was not much help.
