I would guess OPC is the way to go.
Read tags directly from WinCC via OPC, (most WinCC installations have OPC capability).
You need to contact you Wonderware rep., an additional license/interface may be needed, I don't know enough about Wonderware historian to know the answer.

You can use DASSIDIRECT or via OPC with FSGateway
