help me to send data from ML1400 to ABB PLC

What model of ABB controller are you using ? What network media (RS-232 ? Ethernet ?) and what protocol (Modbus/TCP ? EtherNet/IP ?) does it support ?

What have you tried already, and what technical resources from the manufacturers have you referred to ?
