Hi everyone,
I'm newbie to plc
our plant has Simatic S7-300 cpu 315-2DP and a tp270, SM321, SM322, SM331
the technical support is in another country, so what should we do , to make him be able to connect to our plc by internet to be able to troubleshoot or correct any damages
and what he can do and can't do through this connection
WE DON'T HAVE A PC WITH S7 SOFTWARE
please, advice me what hardware, etc

PLEASE ERASE MY IGNORANCE

Thanks and please reply.
