My WinCC locks-up during runtime startup at 92% every time!
Tag logging etc. seems to start ok
Logs seem to indicate issue with Graphics Runtime pdlrt.exe TIMEOUT
I have reloaded MS SQL and Wincc but same problem. The project works fine on another system (another PC).
Could I have graphics card driver issue?
Any help appreciated

Re-install WinCC
