Risanare il pc dopo un attacco virus o malware

Salve ragazzi... questa volta non so proprio da dove iniziare... ho bisogno di un immensa mano.ù

volevo sapere cosa si deve fare per risanare il pc e di conseguenza il sistema operativo dopo un attacco virus o malware, anche perchè, mi è capitato di avere dei danni, o non si apre più il lettore cd col doppio click, icone sparite, file exe che non funzionano.

No che io abbia dei virus ora ma sono curioso di sapere che cosa devo fare per risanare completamente il mio pc in questi casi e di sentire la vostra opinione.

First of all, the language for this forum is English.


But I think you may have stumbled on the wrong forum for your problem. We deal with PLC's mostly, not malware and virus resolution.

1. get the pc off the network if it's on one.
2. if it is on a network, notify the IT department IMMEDIATELY ! they need to shut down all backup servers and begin their disaster recovery plan.
3. if it is on a network, give the pc to the IT department and let them deal with the issue, you will most likely not have the admin priviledges required to deal with it.
4. if this is your stand alone pc, AND no other pc is on your network, get to the internet and goto malwarebytes.com and run their scan tool. if the files are encrypted, trash the hard drive and any other media (they may have the virus also).
if other home pc's are on the network, they are also suspect to the virus.

this has been my procedure for the last 5 years.

Così come ha scritto @boneless, la lingua ufficiale quì è l'inglese e la prima cosa da fare è usare il Google Translate.

Ora ci sono posti più adatti per chiedere consigli sulla risoluzioni dei problemi del PC. In ogni caso, penso che se non sai dove iniziare a riparare il tuo PC, è meglio portarlo a qualcuno che abbia l'esperienza e il software per farlo.
