S7-200 digital expansion modules

According siemens Simantic S7-200 CPU224 have Digital I/O 14/10 +7 expansion modules available Digital 32/32 so max Digital I/O would be 238/234. But here page 17 https://www.click4business-supplies.siemens.de/images_artikel/e20001-a1020-p272-x-7600.pdf 114/110? Which is true? If 114/110 is true why I cant put 7 modules with 32/32 on CPU224?

Have a memory fragment of it being the current that each module need that limits along with the adressing capability ofc.
