I believe I posted something about this last year but here it is again. This Spud Gun has a removable breech that holds the igniter, which is powered by an automotive ignition coil triggered by a self oscillating relay. It also has a propane injection system that allows for the propane to be filled once both the barrel and breech are closed off making dialing in the proper mixture much easier (no wind to deal with). This is the second generation unit and will be getting an upgrade over the "off season" (I can only fire it at a Summer Solstice parting in June at on the 4th of July) which which will involve the addition of a spark plug in the middle of the combustion chamber (rather than at the end) and an internal "mixing" fan to mix the air/fuel after the Propane is injected.
