Omron NT11S data backup

I should back up the data in the Omron NT11S terminal to my
computer, but is it possible? The company that supplied the
hardware and software no longer exists. So, it's not possible
to get any support from them.

I am concerned about the damage to the terminal.
I have manual of NT11S. It seems, that Transmit Mode
in System menu is only for transmitting data from support
tool to terminal. Am I right? Is there any way to back up the data?
(I have NT Support tool ver 4.82 in my virtual XP)

Once the terminal is in transmit mode, with the software you should be able to choose to Upload or Download the program.
