GraphicView Object in WinCC TIA

Hi everyone,

I'm working on WinCC TIA Portal and I would like to know if it
is possible to display a picture(bmp, jpeg) on a view, but this picture is in a USB key (plugged in the HMI).

I have another question about HMI: Is it possible to load a picture on start up?
