Inovance MD380T15GB VFD Err 24????

:cool:Dear Superiors,



I have an inovance VFDs and they give ERR 24 time to time.I read the manual and i couldn't found what is that error 24 stands for.So please be good enough to let me know the relevant error which corresponds to err24. Here with i'm sending you the relevant drive name plate.
Please be kind enough to help me on this matter.
