Hmi beijer with m221

Hello to everyone.I have plc m221 with hmi Beijer and the problemm is that when i put double word(tags) in the hmi i have error message (the adress is invalid).Can someone say how i can put the right variable in the hmi.Thanks

Hi,

Each driver has a help file that explains the address syntax. In iX Developer, select the Controller -> Settings -> Help.

If you are not able to figure out the correct syntax then we need to know which driver that you are using.

Thanks for the answer i read the help for my controler but it din' say for double word only for intger word and my communication is modbus.What do you mean which driver i use?

who is the master? from which device are you specifying what addresses to read or write to?
Normally from a hmi you have to select a driver and then give an address for the device you are talking to

The master is the plc.The variable i want to read/write is double word (int32) and the problem is how i can write this variable in the hmi the other variable works ok i don't know how i can syntax this the help say only for the intger (int16).The communication is modbus/tcp

What HMI software are you using iXdeveloper? and what is the address you are trying to access via your HMI
