Lenze EPL 10200

Anybody have any ideas as to what sort of hardware is needed to access a Lenze EPL 10200 PLC?

And, what is a good software package for accessing and writing programs for the beast?

Look up 5.1.5 Programming / 5.1.4 Commissioning in the above manual. It will explain how to connect to the controller.
