A link programming cable for Shihlin A-30MR PLC

I am after the A-link programming cable or its circuit diagram. We have an old Shihlin PLC without any programming cable or written documentation. I am desperately searching for 1 A-link cable as well as the manual for either Mitsubishi F1-30MR or Shihlin A1-30MR. Can someone help?
