I lost xinje plc password, is there any method to unlock program?

Contact the programmer or company that made the program for the password.
If you cannot contact the programmer or company. Reload the program from backup files.

I don't have backup of this program, I have a trouble in this machine and want to monitor the ladder to troubleshoot the problem.

Nobody will assist you on this site to break the password code.
You can follow the output lights on the PLC to determine the sequencing of the program for troubleshooting.
