Online Training Suggestions

I have some free time at work and wanted to signup for "something" and "learn" something. I currently use SoMachine\CoDeSys and I'd like to do some motion with cam profiles and other stuff like that. I don't see any training regarding the motion side of that though.

I'm open to anything though ControlLogix, FANAC robot stuff, anything really to better myself.

Has anyone taken any online training and had a positive experience from it? If so, what was it.
