Failed to backup system directory

Hi everybody, I have a issue to open a factory talk ME application, when try to open this application the screen appears with the following message: Failed to backup sytem directory.

Can anybody help me to solve this problem?

Did you had a look at BF11165 from Rockwell knowledgebase ?

Thanks for your support. yes I entered knowledgebase but did not found any answer related to the failure.

Hey Mau and anyone still seeing this issue,

I ran into this today and needed to reinstall my "FactoryTalk ViewPoint ME v13.00.00" using the "Setup" application that's in your file explorer. FT View and FT Studio are running normally again.
