Hello everyone.

I have to configure a wago750 with the following io: 4 "750-430" input modules and 4 "750-530" outputs in RsLogix500 v19.
I tried to download different configurations but I always get the IO size error. Before understanding if it could be a hardware problem, can someone tell me what the right configuration might be?

According to my calculations it is a:
FORMAT DATA TYPE INT
Class Instance Input 101 Num Words 4
Class Instance Output 102 Num Words 4
Class Instance CFG 100 Num Words 0

It is correct?

Thanks in advance.

I'll look through my notes and files for specifics on those modules...but in the meantime, using the WAGO bus coupler's web interface provides good clues and data on what the IO sizes should be in the module's configuration.

Thanks glennz,

I used the web interface and the IOs correspond with those in the field.
I'm in the office now and found a wago setup it had:

FORMAT DATA TYPE SINT
Class Instance Input 107 Num Words 4 in my case
Class Instance Output 102 Num Words 4 in my case
Class Instance CFG 1 Num Words 0

This is probably the correct configuration .. or at least I hope!

or better:

FORMAT DATA TYPE SINT
Class Instance Input 108 Num Words 4 in my case
Class Instance Output 102 Num Words 4 in my case
Class Instance CFG 1 Num Words 0

according with wago manual:

Output Assemblies
Instance 101 (65 hex) for analog and digital output data
Instance 102 (66 hex) for digital output data
Instance 103 (67 hex) for analog output data

Input Assemblies
Instance 104 (68 hex) for analog and digital input data and status*
Instance 105 (69 hex) for digital input data and status*
Instance 106 (6A hex) for analog input data and status*
Instance 107 (6B hex) for digital and analog input data
Instance 108 (6C hex) for digital input data
Instance 109 (6D hex) for analog input data

But if anyone can confirm it I would be grateful.

Thank you.
