System fault, manual says to interrogate internal status with PPS.
Does anyone know what PPS is? The manual also says I can use LADPRO or MC-16 Supervisor software to read the program. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

"PPS" and "MC-16" don't ring any bells for me.
"LADPRO" is a PC based interface. I couldn't find much on it; don't even know who makes it.

I'm teaching to program Siemens PLC's (S5-100U, S5-115U, S5-135U, S7-200, S7-300) for 9 years now and I've never heard of "PPS", "MC-16" or "LADPRO". Maybe this Siemens device isn't a PLC after all. Maybe it's a drive. What's the type?

Maybe if you state which Siemens its suppose to be.

Of the 3 things you named the only one I am familiar with is Ladpro but it has nothing to do with Siemens, its for a plc manufacturered by Faccon.
