Cable comunication between OP7 and S7-200

Hello Everybody!
I need help, I want to make a cable for comunication OP7 with S7-200. If someone know the pins?

all siemens hmi and s7 plcs communicate on same cable.
3 to 3
8 to 8
use 9 pin male connectors.
thats it.
