Hi,
I want a counter of 1Mhz. Which count A/B pulses of encoder and also have one Rest/latch pulse detector edge input. also multiplier parameter. Reset/latch in put should be high speed and save the latch value.

Is this a stand alone unit that you are looking to get or is it part of a PLC system.
If part of a PLC what brand are you using?

Maybe you should use PLC high speed counter or counter display that have output or RS-485 communication like this link.
