Automation Fair in Chicago in November

I am going to the Automation Fair in November.
I would like to prepare the staff for what is coming
out in industrial automation and what manufacturing
plants are trending in what direction. From your experience
what is the technology that Rockwell is coming out with and
what would be good classes to take at the fair.
