RSView Machine and panel builder Problems On The Same Laptop

I recently install RSview Machine on my laptop, everything was fine until I had to add a few things into a PV1000 program and download it. Panel builder let me make the changes to the program and save it as a .PBA App, but when I tried to download the APP all I got was the message No Memory. I pulled the App of My Laptop and put it on an old computer and it Loaded to the PV1000 fine. Has anyone had this happen to them and if so why.
