MBPLUS not initialised

i'm runnning a old citect project with version 5.3.
it is using MBPLUS driver, i get this warning msg

MBPLUS not initialised you want to shutdown runtime?

anyone know what is this?

Maybe this document will help you. You should enable the kernel in Citect.INI or in the Computer Setup Wizard, so you can access the diagnostics of Citect.
