RSLogix 5000 program startup problem

It's been a while since I've had to use my RSLogix 5000 v11 software. I tried to start it up this morning...the splash screen appeared...then disappeared...then nothing.

I already tried resetting my key code but still no joy.

Does anybody know what might be going on here?

Did it say anything about activation?

anyhow, try uninstall - reinstall. That usually fix 90% of software problem...

No...nothing about activation.

Reinstallation was my next move. I was trying to avoid that because it requires the IT department..."administrator priviledges".
