Help tab issue in RSLogix5000

Hi, Expert:
we got issue with Help tab in V31 and V32, when click help tab in axis properties in motion group, show wrong format with Notepad, but with V28, everything ok and checked we had HTML Help Control Version 6.3, maybe it isn't compactible with V31 and V32. need advice.
