WinCC Flexible 2008 RT

hye buddy,

i just install wincc flexible rt 2008 but can't open the wincc, i check my desktop is SP3.. suppose to be ok if i want to open it..

when i try open popup show that i missing "HmiRTm.ini" file or PdataDef.fwx

Can any body help me this problem..

You in stalled the runtime. you will have to go to the directory and start runtime loader.
Their you can setup the destination where the projects must be saved, start the runtime or enter the transfer mode.
The alarm you are getting is because you tried to start the runtime without a valid project in the directory.

You can also just copy the .fwx and .pwx files from the configuration PC to the runtime PC.
Then create a shortcut that points to the .fwx file.
That is what I do.

I never could figure out how the "transfer" mode works with a PC.
