PLC getting a virus happened only once so far, with Siemens S7-400 PLCs, in a nuclear uranium enriching plant in Iran.
It is not verified but it's considered USA & Israel secret services financed a team of highly skilled persons who were able to develop an extremely complex and convoluted way to infect a PLC with a virus.

Most likely your PLC doesn't have a virus, otherwise something really shady is happening at your place.
