Ultra 3000i active position and position command

My servo motor MPL-B330P-S is controlled by an Ultra 3000i. The problem is that the active position is always different from position command, either homing or indexing. I repeated many times with new motor, new Ultra 3000i, new cables, new modules in PLC but no good results.
Help me please. Thanks.
