Siemens S7-300 Firmware

Does anyone out there have the capability to write the firmware files for a CPU that requires the files to be on a MMC for upgrading (CPU317-2DP V2.1)? I have the MMC and the required files but I do not have a Field PG or a Prommer. I am willing to pay for this service if I can just find someone willing and able to do it or rent me the hardware to do it with.

Have you asked your Siemens distributor?
They should be able to do this for you

I don't have access to a prommer anymore but If someone has the can do like this
