Winproladder ADCNV function not working?

H i,
i want to ask that when i am simulating my program in winproladder and try to see the register of ADCNV function how its behaving by putting value in source register.

the output register is just not changing and remain on 0. I am seeing this on status page

kindly is there anyone who knows this issue.
