Is there anyone out there using the following alarm paging setup.
Wonderware Intouch Alarm query ----> Intouch AlarmPrinter program -----> com port ----> Visiplex 3100.
The old Visiplex unit died. We bought a new one, but no one is left in plant, that knows how to set it up. I got it working, where it pages all alarms that come through the Intouch query, but I'm not sure if this is the best way.
If anyone has dealt with this setup, I would like to make sure I did it right.
