Floating point +31.1 not working

When i use +F function with 0 and +31.1 it reports a problem:
Invalid IEEE floating point format at rung ...

Please help

Can you tell the forum what PLC you are using and post a snapshot of the rung.

Or post the program if you can. Zip it first. Tell us which rung is the problem.

I seem to remember you need to identify floats with +.
Even +0.0

Try 0.0 ? Or if Paraffin power above is correct, use +0.0 ?

You need to convert your values to IEEE floating point format.
The PLC thinks 0.0 is an I/O address.
You can use the FLT instruction to convert values to the proper format.
