I have a Micrologix (1500 LRP Series C ) controller with three Input cards and two out put cards in the expansion slots ( 1. 1769-IQ16, 2. 1769-IQ16, 3. 1769-OA16, 4. 1769-OA16, 5. 1769-OA16). I downloaded my program but when I try to go to run mode the processor faults out. ( S:1/13 = 1 and S:6 = 21h) I have looked in the fault description but can not find a fault 21. Thanks for the help you all have been giving me you have helped a lot

A really quick WAG, does the cards in the program match what is actually there? If not you might try and do a read I/O in RSLogix500 and see if this makes a diff.

I had a (1769-PA2) power supply between the I/O cards and the processor when I removed the power supply the fault went away. Does the extra power supply have to be at the end of the rack?

What is your exact set-up?
With the cards you listed I wouldn't think you need an expansion power supply. Your cards would just plug in to the base unit with a terminating end cap.

It was setup (processor, 1769-PA2, 1769-IQ16, 1769-IQ16, 1769-OW16, 1769-OW16,1769-IQ16, END CAP). I have since removed the (PA2) power supply that was added to power the Panel View.
