RSLogix 500 - Temperature Trend to Excel

I have a SLC 5/04 and I am trying to figure out how I can trend the temperature of some heaters and a binary machine running signal into an excel spreadsheet. I would like to track this data for about two weeks. Does anyone know of a good way to do this?
