FactoryTalk Historian failing to add points / exceeding point count

While I resolved my other issue, I am having some trouble adding tags to the Historian. Right click on application in FTView Studio, Add individual points, I select the tags, but get the error "Failed to create point on server. Exceeded Point Count allowance for Point-Source"

When I go to the Historian, the license shows a tag count of 500 (Total 1, In Use 0). I don't know why it's saying it's not in use because the Historian is running. There are 0 user tags in the Historian right now, and 139 pre-entered system tags.
