I have an installation that looks like this https://i.imgur.com/uR7hxki.png , everything works perfectly except for the ET200SP module.

I looked at the diagnostic status and it told me the offline and online configuration was different, i checked this and it was. The PLC buffer gave "I/O access error" on all the inputs from my ET200SP.

I tried to chenge the module to what we actually have in the cabinet wich is the BA version instead of the configured ST and wwhen i wanted to use the "change device" function it gives me this error: https://i.imgur.com/1a4ws5S.png
When i go through with it and dowload to device the system error persists. These are the I/O modules i have on the ET200SP, these are also physically there: https://i.imgur.com/VT2TA8t.png
This setup was used in another installation of ours but there we had the ST module instead of the BA but im hoping that its something else. any ideas?

That is not an error in the second image. TIA just warns you that the BA module has less functionality than the ST module.

N.B.
Not sure if OS 1 is a good name for an IO Device. There are limitations to what you can call a PN IO Device. Dont think you can have spaces in a Device name.
Usually the Device name is automatically converted to follow the syntax, but I dont like that the name is not the same as one has chosen in TIA.

I changed the name to something better without any spaces and it actually worked. Thanks for the tip
