Look for Emulator and you should find it.
It's an RSLogix 5000 emulator or a Studio 5000 emulator, the latest versions should work on all previous versions afaik

You have to buy the 5000 emulator, they don't have any options for free software for one.
They do offer a free 500 emulator though...
