HELLO,

Just looking for help understanding how to implement a CIP (Cleaning in place) program. Or if you have good resource and examples that would help. Or if you would be willing to teach me for maybe a couple of hours via skype that would be great; we can talk about dollars/hours if you want to be paid. i have all the software tools (FTView and RSLogix 5000) installed on laptop.

CIP for what? What sort of a process is it? I have worked on CIP logic for systems that were basically simply interlocking so that parts of the machine could not run during CIP and the operator manned the control for a pump and heaters, and others that were elaborate automated sequences.

CIP for a batch system in general. I just want to understand the general structures of CIP programs and I have PIDs of batch system I could use as example or teaching material (can't share any drawings here)
