So im working on a little something i was hoping to get some advice on. I have a PanelviewPlus 7 that will be using the MECSVLog ActiveX on to make .CSV files with the ability to tell the customer if they have been tampered with. I need to get the .CSV's off of the PanelviewPlus, in the past i have just set it up so that the customer would attach a laptop to a graceport on the machine, open up IE and go to FTP://192.xxx.xxx.xxx and then save whatever files that they wanted. Now what i would like to do is create an autorun batch file so that all they would need to do is plug a USB stick in, itll suck the .CSV's out and they can then go about their day. sound resonable right? my question becomes, how will the USB autorun file handle copying the files to the USB stick if they have already been copied to the USB? in essence i would only like to copy the 'new' files that would be created not any of the old ones that have already been copied to the USB.

Thanks, i have read through a few of those already. I will just have to start to play around with a USB stick and spare PanelviewPlus when I get some time, Im sure this will be a bit of trial and error for me here.
