Allen Bradley 1756-OB16D Red OK Fault Fix

Hi all,

Have couple of AB 1756-OB16D modules that are faulted, poss power surge, as soon as insert into backplane, pre-check tests start, initially OK indicator goes green, then constant red & brings communication to controller down.

Connected to controller using RSLogix 5000 over Ethernet.

Looking for a way through software/hardware to investigate this further & reset the modules to factory default if possible & start over.
