Siemens HMI TP1200 fail

Hi guys!
I've a TP1200 comfort panel that show me a white page with this problem:

Update of operating system and reset to factory settings initiated by the user.
Please update the operating system with reset to factory settings.
(Panel is waiting 10 minutes for updates)

How can resolve?

Not sure why it has entered this mode.
But try to perform the Restore to factory settings with Prosave.
When starting this function, You need to specify the MAC address printed on the rear of the panel.
Connect the PC and panel, start the Restore to factory setting in Prosave, then reboot the panel, and hope it starts the download of the OS image.

Ok, I'm ready to do reset factory mode but there insn't connection by Ethernet.
(I put my IP PC address and MAC code)
There's a message, panel is booting but never communication.
Where am I wrong?
