I need to describe sections of a ladder logic program is a latch section to stop/start a machine also considered an or gate ??
Ladder logic is a latch gate the same as an OR

There is an OR in the logic .
LatchedRunCommand = (StartPB OR LatchedRunCommand) ANDNOT StopPB
