Transaction Manager Error 33119

Hello, I am running into an intermittent issue with transaction manger throwing an error 33119 and what looks like one of the lines is doing a memory dump (See Picture). There is no rhyme or reason to when the error occurs and the information from the PLC does not wipe until it gets a response back from SQL.

I am struggling to find what is causing this. Any thoughts?
